We will email you the return authorization number along with shipping instructions.
First we would like to work with you to help solve any problems or concerns you may have. If you are not completely satisfied with your ZipZac® we offer a full refund on the cost of the chair.
To qualify for a return please note the following:
- Product must be clean and like new
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned within 30 days
- You must have a return authorization number to qualify for a return
Please do not send without the return authorization number.
There are no refunds on customized chairs.
